| We do accept purchasing cards, a type of credit card used by many corporations and institutions.
All transactions are processed
over secure encrypted servers.
PCGalaxy.com does not currently support the Verified by Visa program. You can still use your Visa credit card as payment for an order, but you won’t be asked to enter your Verified by Visa password.

| Can I use a debit card or check card? |
| If you're paying with a Visa Check Card, please select Visa from the drop-down menu on the order form. Similarly, if you're paying with a EuroCard or MasterMoney Card, select MasterCard. |

| Is it safe to enter my card number online? |
| You can safely enter your entire credit card number via our secure server, which encrypts all submitted information. If you prefer, we also have a way for you to use your credit card without ever having to enter the complete number on the Internet.
When filling out the order form, simply enter the last five digits and the expiration date of your credit card on the order form. This gives us a way to track your order but guarantees your security. Once you have fully submitted your order, you will be provided with a phone number so that you may
call or fax us with the rest of your credit card number.
To provide you with an additional layer of security, all credit card numbers provided to PCGalaxy.com are stored on a computer that is not connected to the Internet. After you type or call it in, your complete credit card number is transferred to this secure machine across a proprietary one-way interface. This computer is not accessible by network or modem, and the number is not stored anywhere else.

| Why did my credit card authorization fail? |
It is not uncommon for a request for credit card authorization to fail once or twice before the card is finally authorized. We will send you an e-mail if we experience difficulties in authorizing your credit card.
You are always welcome to submit new credit card information to us for a particular order, provided that the order has not yet entered the shipping process. To do this, visit Your Account and select the link to "Change payment method."
PCGalaxy.com does accept payment by purchase order. First, however, you must create a corporate account and apply for a credit account. You will receive a credit line activation e-mail when your application for a credit account is approved. Once the account is activated, you will be given the opportunity to enter a purchase order number in a field on the order form when you place your order. There is no need to mail a hard copy of your purchase order to PCGalaxy.com.

| Where do I send my check or money order? |
You must place your order online before mailing us your payment. When filling out the order form, select "Pay by check or money order" as the payment option.
After you have submitted your order, you can send payment to the address below. Please make your check payable to "Integrated Data Processing, Inc.".
Please be sure to write your e-mail address on the check or money order so we may properly credit your account.

| Do you accept international checks or money orders? |
| We accept only postal money orders denominated in U.S. dollars or checks denominated in U.S. dollars and drawn on a U.S. bank. Checks must also have a valid nine-digit bank routing number (ABA code) MICR-encoded on the bottom of the check.

| When will my order ship? |
Our typical time frames for receiving and processing checks or money orders is as follows:
Payment sent from a U.S. address: 2 to 3 weeks
Payment sent from an international address: 4 to 5 weeks
Your order will not ship until after your payment has been received and processed.
Items that are in stock will be prepared for shipment immediately after we process your check.
Other items will ship in the availability timeframe indicated on the product detail page.
We will send you an e-mail notification on the day that your payment is entered into your account. You can also view your check funds balance in Your Account.
Available funds from checks are not designated to specific orders. We will ship the first available order for which there are sufficient funds.
NOTE: All returned checks will be subjected to a $25 returned check fee.

| Sales Tax Requirements |

| How Tax Is Calculated |
| The amount of tax charged depends upon many factors, including the identity of the seller, the type of item purchased, and the destination of the shipment.
Items sold by PCGalaxy.com and shipped to destinations in the state of Virginia are subject to tax.
If an item is subject to sales tax in the state to which the order is shipped, tax is generally calculated on the total selling price of each individual item. In accordance with state tax laws, the total selling price of an item will generally include item-level shipping and handling charges, item-level discounts, gift-wrap charges, and an allocation of order-level shipping and handling charges and order-level discounts.
For sales tax purposes, electronically delivered software are considered to be shipped to your credit card billing address.

| Tax-Exempt Customers |
If tax has been charged on any portion of your order and you need to take advantage of your tax exempt status, the process will differ depending on the merchant who sold the taxed items.
In those cases where PCGalaxy.com can facilitate a tax exempt refund, you will need to provide us with acceptable proof of exempt status for the state where the items will be shipped.
United States Government Purchasers
Sales tax does not apply to purchases made by the United States Government. In order to document that a sale has been made to the U.S. Government, we need to obtain a copy of one of the following:
Federal tax ID certificate
Certificate of exempt status
Photocopy of your qualified U.S. Government Credit Card (Smart Pay Card)
Government Voucher
Check from the U.S. Government payable to PCGalaxy.com
Other Exempt Purchasers
All other exempt purchasers need to provide us with a copy of a Virginia State resale certificate, exemption certificate, or other acceptable proof of your exempt status for
Virginia.
The documentation submitted should include the name of the merchant who sold the items and the name of the organization that purchased the items.
How to submit this information
First, place your order through our Web site. After you've placed your order, please submit the necessary information by fax in order to receive a refund of any sales tax. Our fax number is 703.273.5724.

| Internet Tax Freedom Act |
| Companies selling over the Internet are subject to the same sales tax collection requirements as any other retailers. Remote sellers (including Internet retailers and catalog companies) are generally required to collect taxes where they have a physical selling presence. If they do not have any such presence, they are not required to collect sales taxes.
The Internet Tax Freedom Act (ITFA) has been renewed through October 31, 2007.
Please note, the ITFA was primarily intended to prevent state and local governments from imposing new or discriminatory taxes on Internet transactions and on Internet access. Despite the name of the Act, ITFA does not preclude state and local governments from imposing existing sales tax collection requirements on companies selling over the Internet.

| International Orders |

Orders for shipment to addresses outside of the U.S and including Canada, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico are subject to the following terms:
International orders and inquiries can be placed via voice telephone to 1.703.591.7118, by facsimile 1.703.273.5724, postal mail or e-mail. Please include your telephone number and e-mail address with your inquiries.
Orders for shipment outside of the United States are subject to shipping fees, applicable customs, duties and taxes, all of which are the responsibility of the customer. All international orders must be prepaid in full with U.S. funds by wire transfer or cashiers check drawn from a U.S. bank.
Terms for shipments outside the U.S. are CIP (Carriage and Insurance Paid). Processing times may take an additional 3 days compared to domestic orders.
PCGalaxy.com will not ship to freight forwarders unless product is for their internal use only. All international orders must ship directly to the end destination.
"Will-Call" orders are not accepted for international shipments.
PCGalaxy.com cannot drop ship physical products to an international location.
Please note that certain products may not be exportable due to their classification. Also, certain brands may not be exportable for contractual reasons. PCGalaxy.com reserves the right to deny an export for any reason.
PCGalaxy.com does not provide certificates of origin, NAFTA certificates or any other free trade certificates, letters of credit or legalized paperwork. Pre-shipment inspections, when necessary, are the customer's responsibility.
All commodities, technology or software are exported from the United States in accordance with the Export Administration Regulations. Diversion contrary to U.S. law is prohibited.
Diversion, use, export or re-export contrary to United States law is prohibited. Export to the following countries is prohibited: Cuba, Iran, Sudan or Syria. In addition, products may not be exported or re-exported to entities and persons that are ineligible under U.S. law to receive United States commodities, technology and/or software.

To return a product at PCGalaxy.com, you'll need to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by contacting Customer Relations or your PCGalaxy.com account manager.

In general, PCGalaxy.com accepts returns on merchandise from select manufacturers within 30 days.
Original shipping charges are not refunded on returned items. A 20% Re-Stocking Fee applies to all returned items. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges back to PCGalaxy.com on returned items, and PCGalaxy.com will pay the shipping charges on the replacement or exchange item(s) going back.
Returns within 30 days from invoice date can be for exchange, replacement refund or credit at PCGalaxy.com's discretion. Please be aware that specific manufacturers have more restrictive return policies.
If your return merchandise is accepted, we will post a credit to your PCGalaxy.com account within 24 hours from the time that we receive the product(s) in our distribution center. Each return is credited in the same manner as payment. If you paid for your order with a credit card, the credit will be applied to that card. You will be able to verify the credit by calling your credit card company. If you paid for your order with a check, a refund check will be issued within 10 business days from the date the returned product is received by PCGalaxy.com's receiving department. If you have a terms account, the amount of your return will be credited to your PCGalaxy.com account.

- Please contact PCGalaxy.com Customer Relations at 800.878.0790, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week or via e-mail at Customer Relations, to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before shipping product back to PCGalaxy.com. This will expedite and help ensure the proper action or credit upon processing.
- In order to expedite a return, please have the following information on hand when requesting an RMA number: Customer number, invoice number, serial number, reason for return, action to take (replacement/repair/credit) and whether the box has been opened or is manufacturer sealed.
- Please return all products 100% complete including all original manufacturer boxes with the UPC code and packing materials, all manuals, blank warranty cards, accessories and any other documentation included with the original shipment. RMA approval is contingent upon, among other things, the products being 100% complete.
- Customer is responsible for shipping charges to PCGalaxy.com’s distribution center for all products being shipped for return, exchange or replacement. Products exchanged or replaced will be shipped by PCGalaxy.com to Customer, at PCGalaxy.com’s expense, using the same shipping method as was used by Customer to ship the original products back to PCGalaxy.com. If the carrier selected by Customer is not used by PCGalaxy.com, a comparable shipping method will be selected.
- Customer is responsible for all risk of loss and damage to products being shipped for return, exchange or replacement. Please fully insure return shipment in case of loss or damage. Please use a carrier that is able to provide you with proof of delivery such as UPS, Federal Express or Airborne Express. This is for your protection as well as to ensure quick action on your return.

| General Information: |
- Your approved RMA number is valid for 10 business days.
- When shipping items back to PCGalaxy.com shipping fees are your responsibility. Upon receipt of your return, we will replace, exchange or repair your product as indicated in your RMA application. We will then return your product, at our expense, using the same shipping method you used to send it to us.
- If the purchase price of your return is to be credited to your account, PCGalaxy.com will post the credit within 24 hours from the time we receive the product in our distribution center.

| Packing Your Return: |
- The RMA number should be clearly noted on the shipping label of each box or you may write it on the shipping box. Please do not record the RMA number on the original manufacturer's box.
- The return box should contain everything from the original shipment, including the original manufacturer's box and packing material, all accessories, UPC bar codes, manuals, etc. that came with the original shipment.
- If you have multiple packages to return, please make photocopies of the return address that was e-mailed to you and tape one on each package. Please use clear tape or a clear carrier pouch with a self-adhesive back to affix the return address to the box.
- All boxes should be securely packed to prevent possible damage during shipping. We are not liable for damage that occurs during shipment back to us.
- We suggest that you insure these return items, as we are not liable for lost merchandise.

| Returns for Repair: |
- Items being returned for repair may be packaged inside any sturdy shipping box.
- Please be sure that the item is securely packed to prevent possible damage during transit. We are not liable for damage occurring during shipment.
International Shipment:
- All International duty fees must be paid by the sender. We recommend that you use one of the following carriers to help ensure your packages clear customs: UPS, Federal Express, Emery, Airborne and DHL
Returning Printers:
- When returning a printer, fax machine or copier, please remove all toner and ink cartridges to prevent spillage during shipping.
- The toners/cartridges should be packaged separately, either in another box or sealed inside a plastic bag within the return item's box.
