The 3Com Router 3040 provides all of the components needed to give remote office and tele-workers secure, cost-effective access to the Internet or corporate networks over a broadband ADSL connection.

The router includes a four-port switch for local LAN connections. The 64MB DRAM and operating software support a full complement of routing, integrated security, and quality of service features required by today's remote office.
